Background

Entrepreneur: While studying aerospace engineering at UCLA, Todd started a web application development and design business that combined his entrepreneurial spirit and his high aptitude for computer programming with his ability to recognize and utilize the talents of those around him. As the president and CEO of Media Insites, Todd received a firsthand look at what it takes to grow a small business into an indispensable service.

Student: Learning has always been a passion for Todd rather than the typical means to an end. One of his greatest assets lies in his insatiable quest for new methods and up to the moment information in each area of law and technology in which he is involved. Since graduating from law school, Todd strives to remains fully informed with new developments in the areas of intellectual property as well as business law. It is his goal to utilize the newest techniques and case law to their fullest potential.

Family: Todd met and married his wife in law school at the University of San Diego. When deciding where to buy a home, it was very important to them both to find a community that not only conserved our planet’s precious resources but also brought together people who were like minded and made community decisions with a constant eye on environmental impact. They were pleasantly surprised to find a home in the green community of Del Sur. Since settling in Del Sur, Todd’s family has grown with the addition of two beagle/shepherd puppies that were found through two animal rescue foundations located in Southern California.

Adventurer: Todd is a native Californian with a passion for the outdoors and our environment. Growing up in Southern California, Todd has made the most of California’s gorgeous coast and mountainous slopes. In 1999 Todd became licensed as a certified rescue diver and has since had the opportunity to scuba dive off many coasts around the world. He also is fortunate to have grown up in a family that loves to snow ski and as a result has had the opportunity to ski many of the nation’s most challenging slopes.

Fan: Along with his athletic pursuits, Todd is also an avid sports enthusiast and loyal fan of the San Diego Padres, Chargers, the San Francisco 49ers and, of course, the UCLA Bruins.
