Inventing Profit

Inventing Profit  is a collaboration of worldwide professionals which provides entrepreneurs and inventors advice on how to take their product ideas into the market.

Established in 2010, Inventing Profit was created by Eric Hanscom, Managing Attorney at InterContinental IP Law, and Joe Donoghue, President of Leardon Solutions, for inventors and entrepreneurs who want to learn how to take an idea and get it into the marketplace.

In sharing knowledge, our objective is to help enterprises avoid the pitfalls that others have encountered by providing resources and knowledge in intellectual property, prototyping, marketing, business planning, business entity formation, manufacturing, and product sales.

Inventing Profit holds regular meetings at the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce in Carlsbad, CA on the second Wednesday of every month at 11:30 am to 1:00pm.   This is where local businesses have the opportunity to be a part of our organization by participating in ongoing monthly meetings, meeting local entrepreneurs ,and occasionally be featured in video productions highlighting local inventors and their inventions.

The objective of these monthly mixers is not to lecture to a group of inventors but to connect inventors and entrepreneurs with mentors who can answer questions and provide free advice.  This trusted mentor team will be available to answer serious questions and provide free advice in an informal and non-threatening atmosphere.
